Chapter Sixteen “HEY BABE!” Chandler sat at the dining room table, in full view of the front door as Marcus entered. He’d just returned from work and, as usual, wore a winning smile. Chandler glared at him, and Marcus’ expression instantly sobered. “What’s wrong?” He toed off his work boots and walked through the living room to the dining room entrance. “What is it, babe?” Chandler nodded at the envelopes on the table, and Marcus reached down to pick them up. “You got some mail.
