Chapter Seven Everybody was feeling a little worn out when morning came. Wed taken turns keeping watch over the girls in the barn. Wed untied them, of course, but we left their collars and chains on them. Toy was completely exhausted and acting weak and shaky, so we put her in the same stall as Barbie for the night and told Barbie to take care of her. When it was my turn on watch I saw that the two of them were cuddled together spoon-fashion, with Barbie holding Toy in her arms. I couldnt see much more than that because they had one of the light blankets pulled up over them.
