Elves of Sorrow

Chapter 1

“August 1, 2021, Atlas Remington video game champion of the world has been reported to have had a horrible car accident after leaving last night Video Game Championships in Seattle, Washington he has been placed in a medical induce coma, his family is hoping that he will recover please keep him in your thoughts and prayer fans.”

“I am Atlas, nineteen and Video game champion of the world and this is my memoires of my tragic car accident, I heard my mother reading what I think was the newspaper article about my car accident. I fainty hear the beeping of the machines that I am hooked up to in my hospital room, I have been a gamer all my life, I don’t have many real friends, I never went out and made any, my life consisted of waiting to beta test the newest game for any of the video game companies. My life took a horrible tragic turn when I was involved in a terrible car accident  leaving this years Video Game Championship and I was placed in a medical induce coma hoping I would heal from the damage done, about two weeks after the accident I woke up thinking I was in my reality but it turns out I am not I am living in an in alternative video game reality where I have be told that my life depend on if I can finish the game world I was sent to a game called the Elves of Sorrow, I was given two choices one was I could not accept the quest and I would die in the real world or accept the quest and play the game and beat and survive this is not an easy game, I have accepted the quest and now my life hangs in the balance wish me like as I start my quest.”

Can you survive the quest, and will you be able to beat the three headed dragon find the princess’s location in the magically cave, are you her true love will you be able to unfreeze her and break the curse on the Husland realm, and destroy the wicked Fae Queen for the last time? Goddess watch over this elf during his quest and bring him home alive and safe.

“ Once upon a time there was a  princess is the last member of the snow elf clan she is was froze on her 20th birthday because her father the king of the Arctic Falls Kingdom in the northern part of our land, The story goes that the wicked Fae was jealous of the princess because of her looks and her kindness and charm, the princess had many suitors that were wanting to ask for her marriage all the princes of the land and lands afar, wanted to marry her, the Fae was pretty but she was also wicked in the way she treated others she would cheat to get her way and when her father the king of Fae’s went to other kingdoms and lands within the Realm to offer his daughter Freya’s hand in marriage as well an alliance to whichever kingdom would accept his offer and because if her attitude and the way she was mean to other and she was not kind hearted and none of the princes wanted to marry her.”

 “Freya became bitter and she decided to start using dark magic she kidnapped the princess and casted a spell to freeze her until the time that true love heart beat will be able to unfreeze her in but the person who does has to go on a quest to recuse her they will have to travel to the deepest darkest part of the realm to a cave that is spelled with magic and protected by  a three headed dragon,  then they have to go and find the place where the Fae Princess placed the Princess.”

This is a story about an elf prince that is the first male born in over two hundred years the destiny is to be the true love of the frozen Snow Elf Princess and break the curse that has been place on all the kingdoms in the Realm.

Today on March 21, 1700 Prince Atlas River Remington , was born he is next in line for the Crown and The Kingdom of  Ravensfield in Husland, His is the first child of the King Asher and Queen Eloise of the Sky Elves ,  Prince Atlas was the first son born to the land in almost 500 years since the wicked Fae Freya, cursed every royal family in the land, she placed the curse on males being born because she had place the beautiful princess Avery in a froze state and she could only be woken by the love of a male prince born from the land.

 Over the las five hundred years the four kingdoms only had female heirs, when the princesses were of age and were to marry, they had to marry a prince from a different land, so the people of Husland not just the kingdom of Ravensfield were happy and excited they knew that Prince Atlas would be the one to break the curse and free the princess.

Ten years later, Prince Atlas and his best friend Dax were running around with the wooden swords that Dax’s father made for them they were playing with Atlas’s sisters they were the mighty kings and his knight on the mission to save the princess from the cave that is guarded by the three headed dragon. Him and Dax played this game with his sisters daily because they were told the story about how only a true prince of the land will be able to recuse the cave that she has been frozen in for over five hundred years.

11 years later

Atlas, are you going to come with us to the lake? I ask him he is due to take the throne in a few weeks but before he does, he must go on a quest, He has been the only male born royalty in over five hundred years. Since, that is the case he is the only one that can get the princess, unfreeze her, marry her, and bring balance and harmony back into our land and all the kingdoms, I am his best friend and his head knight, I swore 3 years ago to protect him and the crown and the kingdom until the day I die. He has become stressed out and worried that he will not be able to defeat the dragon and any other thing that the wicked fae but, in his way, to get the princess.

Atlas

Dax has been trying to get me to relax and enjoy the last few weeks before I go on the quest to find and break the curse that has been placed on our realm and our lands for over five-hundred years , I have trained for this all my life but I am still doubtful that I will be able to find her and killed the 3 headed dragon that guard her body in the magic caves in the deep center of our realm. No, man has ever gone to seek the princess because the Fae Princess that casted the curse told all the kingdoms that only a male born within our lands and Realm will be able to break the curse and that they two of them will be bound together by the only thing that the Fae Princess never had and that was true love.

I decided to join Dax and my sister Harper and Zoe at the lake for the day, I turn 21 in 3 weeks once I turn 21  my father will step down as king and he will crown me the new king of the Sky Elves, My father has been looking forward to this day for many years because it is the first time in five-hundred years that they will be able to crown a true Heir to the throne,  before I was born there were 8 queens that sat on the throne they all sat on the throne 25 years my mother was the last queen that was crowned when she married my father from a realm that is far away from here he was the second son of the king and was not in line for the throne so when my mother’s parents offered him my mother hand in marriage he gladly accepted because it was his chance to rule even though it wasn’t in his own realm.

Dax

Harper is the most such a gorgeous girl, I have been in love with her all my life and with Atlas being my best friend I am afraid that he will kick my ass if I tell him that I want to marry his sister, she feels the same way I do about me and she wants to marry me, she has spoken to her mother the Queen and she told her that she needs to talk to her brother about since he is next to take the throne and since a wedding won’t happen before he takes the throne, Harper is 17 she won’t be 18 for another 4 months. So, we thought that we would take today and ask him while we are out here having some fun his younger sister Zoe wants to marry a prince from the same realm that her father is from, she is supposed to go to her uncle’s the current kings for a few weeks when me and Atlas start the quest, we are going take her there.

“Atlas, could I have a moment to ask you are question brother?” Harper asks, “Of course Harper what is the question that you want to ask.” Atlas says “Well, Atlas you know that I have had a love interest for many years now and I was wondering if we could have your blessing in getting married when I turn 18.” (She asks her brother while grabbing and holding my hand at the same time.) (Atlas looks at where her hands and went and he puts on a small smile as he looks at his sister and his best friend.) “Harper and Dax, nothing on this realm would make me happy to see you two happy and married, it is a dream come true to be able to bless this union between you Harper my sister and Dax my best friend I have observed you two over the past couple of years and I was wondering when you were going to officially ask to start courting. Yes, I give my blessing for you two to wed when you turn eighteen.”  he stood up and he gave Harper and hug, and he shook my hand.

Avery

I have been able for 221 years keep the curse on the Snow Elves last Princess,  my father was never happy with what I did when I kidnapped the princess and froze her and cursed the whole realm, I can’t not believe that the Sky Elf clan produced a male heir the first one on over 200 years and he will take the throne in a few weeks, I know that he is bonded to the princess she is his true love the one that will unfreeze her and break the curse over the realm, I have to make sure that he doesn’t not get to her so quicky I have to make his quest to her harder and with a lot of obstacles in his way.

If he does make it to her without any issues and he unfreezes her and breaks the curse I will have to make sure that my Demon army is ready to wage war on the Ravenfield kingdom and any allies that they might have I will end them I will not allow them to live happily I was never given that chance and I sure won’t allow Princess Avery the chance either. (With an evil and sinister laugh while she finishes her plan.) I will set a few different obstacles in his path.
