Mason
We waited for the girls. It was a little past 9pm. The guys were already tipsy. We had to cut Aiden off or he wouldn’t make it to the party. We were all sitting on the couch when we heard the girls walk in.
Just looking at her made me hard immediately. The top she was wearing showed off her perky chest and flat stomach, the skirt was tight, showing her tiny waist and smooth slender legs.
“So what do you guys think?”
Erika said as she waved her hand in front of Crystal like a game show host. Everyone nodded in approval. She smiled brightly.
“You really out did yourself sis”
“I really didn’t do much. This is all her”
“Just a natural beauty huh?”
Crystal began blushing. Trying to hide it by looking down at the ground.
“Since the girls are done can we get going to the party now? I’m losing my buzz”
Aiden pouted by the door.
“Come on slowpoke!” Crystal said as she pushed him behind her and ran down out as fast as she could.
“I call shotgun!” Aiden yelled as he followed.
“Not if I get there first!”
“That’s cheating!”
Their banter fading as they descended the stairs. We all got up and followed..

The party was in full swing when we arrived. Everyone ended up going their separate ways. I stuck close to Crystal making sure everyone knew to stay away, while also keeping an eye out for Gemma. If she tried to do something to Crystal I was going to make her pay.
I couldn’t keep my eyes off my princess. Watching her drink her juice as she swayed her hips to the music, making small talk.
“You don’t seem like the type to go home alone after a party”
“I don’t plan on going home alone after this party”
I placed my arm around her waist pulling her hard into his chest. I heard her breath hitch as I leaned in closer to her. Looking into those beautiful gray eyes, sparkling with want. Her lips slightly parted, begging to be kissed. I was just inches away from her when she closed her eyes. I moved my hand up her little waist to her neck. Just as I our lips were about to meet I heard the most annoying a screech that p****d me off like no other for ruining our perfect moment.
“Mason! Baby you came!”
Gemma shoved Crystal out of the way, wrapping her arms around my neck. Leaving sloppy wet kisses all over my face.
“What the actual f**k Gemma” I pushed her away and began wiping my face. I looked around for Crystal, but she was nowhere in sight.
“What’s wrong baby?”
She tried to put her arms around me again. I was not going to be nice. She needed to know she meant nothing to me before it got out of hand.
“Leave me the hell alone! We are nothing and we will never be anything. You were just an easy f**k”
“You’re lying! We were meant to be together. I’m the only one who can satisfy you!”
“Don’t flatter yourself. I had to get s**t faced all the time just to get off when I was with you”
I stormed off, walking away, trying to find Crystal. I looked everywhere for her, calling her only to feel her phone buzzing in my pocket.
Worry sinking in. She took off before I could explain anything. My heart filled with regret. Why did I ever sleep with Gemma? Why didn’t I push her off me sooner? Just when I was about to round up the guys to search for her my phone buzzed.
I opened the text. That son of a b***h! She was sleeping on his chest. My beautiful princess was laying down with him. I was running from the party when Josh stepped in front of me.
“What’s going on?”
I shoved my phone in his face showing him the picture.
“What is this? How did this happen?” He looked confused.
“Gemma happened. This is your fault. If you would’ve just left us alone and stopped trying to get us here we would’ve stayed home!”
I shoved my way past him and ran to my car, speeding off as fast as I could. I made it to his house in record time. I was banging on his door. The butler let me in and led me to the living room.
There they were cuddled on the couch watching a movie. How dare he touch my princess like that. I walked over and yanked the blanket off of them. Relief washed over me when I saw they still had their clothes on. She had nearly fallen off the couch as she bolted up. I hated her being scared of me, but I hated the smirk on his face as he saw me walk in the room.
“Well way to ruin the mood after a good time”
Chase said smugly. I looked from her to Chase. His
Hand still resting around her waist.
“Get your hands off her!” My voice dripped with malice.
“And what if I don’t?”
He smirked and pulled her closer. I could see her becoming uncomfortable with the situation. I knew she was upset about what happened at the party, but she was too innocent to just go and fool around with some random stranger.
“Crystal”
I held out my hand for her to grab. I could tell by pain in her eyes that she was fighting the battle within her. I knew I couldn’t undo what I’ve done in the past, but if she gave me a chance I would make it up to her.
She looked back at Chase and gave him a slight nod. They shared a smile as he loosened his grip and she grabbed my hand. Her small hand, placed in mine, gave me hope that she would forgive me for tonight’s events.
As she walked in front of me I noticed she had a big leather jacket on her. She stopped when I wasn’t moving, turning back towards me. I took a deep breath, calming myself. I pulled her into a tight hug. Burying my face in her neck. I felt her small hands on the back of my shirt as she grabbed tightly like she was going to lose me. When I felt a bit calm I turned to Chase.
“Thank you for bringing her home. I’ll return your jacket later”
Chase looked at me, eyes widening.
“Crystal, I really did have fun tonight. Call me if you want to hang out again”
She looked up at me nervously before she answered. I nodded at her. If she wanted to be his friend I wasn’t going to stop her. She was free to do whatever she liked.
“Thank you”
Letting go of my hand she stepped closer to him and hugged him. It took everything I had to not pull her away from him. When she let go she took off his jacket.
“Here. I don’t want to risk this one throwing it away” she tilted her head towards me. They both laughed, but she wasn’t wrong.
“Thank you” looking at the jacket, his smile faded.
“What’s wrong? Did I get something on it?”
“It’s wet”
He ran his hand along the inside of the jacke. Looking at his hand there was a small amount of blood on it.
“Blood? Holy s**t! Are you okay?”
He shouted, turning her around and moving her hair.
She had panic all over her face. Not from the fact she was bleeding, but from the fact that she was bleeding on his jacket. I knew he could care less about the jacket. She looked at me and then tried to look at her own back. ‘How cute’ I thought. Trying to suppress my smile.
“She’s bleeding! Do I need to call an ambulance? You shouldn’t be standing. Do you need to lay down?”
He grabbed her arm trying to lead her to the couch. Panic evident in his voice, which caused her to panic more. Both of them, feeding off each other.
“Mason,” she cried.
“Chase!” I shouted.
He stopped, looking down at her. His eyes went wide when he realized he had frightened her.
“Calm down baby”
I cooed as I cupped her face in my hands, kissing away her tears. I pulled her into a hug and ran my hand down her hair. She buried her face in my chest.
“We didn’t change your bandages before we left so it must’ve just bled through. We’ll change them when we get home”
Her crying stopped and I felt her breathing even out as she calmed down only sobbing slightly now.
“What happened?” Chase asked, worry written all over his face.
“You don’t remember her, huh?”
“What the hell are you talking about? I knew who she was the moment I saw her. Where did that wound come from?”
“You pushed her in school and she hit an open locker”
I could feel her grip tighten on my chest. She didn’t know that it was Chase who had pushed her.
“I pushed a lot of people out of the way, but I only pushed guys”
“The school gave her the wrong uniform, but instead of skipping school till she got the correct one she just used that male uniform”
He looked just as confused as I did when I found out. I couldn’t help but feel grateful that it wasn’t just me.
“I’m sorry. I ruined your jacket. I’ll pay to have it cleaned”
She peered up at him. Her cheeks flushed and tear stained from crying.
“No. I’m sorry. I didn’t know I caused this” he ran his hand through her hair. “Just take care of yourself and that wound”
I lifted her in my arms, carrying her out the door.
“Let me know how she’s doing”
I wanted to tell him to f**k off, but I think this is the first time we have been in the same room and not fought each other since we were twelve. I nodded and headed to my car cradling my princess. Since we were only a block away from the house we were there in seconds.
