Chapter 10
"Well, I guess that means we're on our own."
Paige folded her arms across her chest and turned to look at her sister who was still watching the car retreating down the road away from them. Rebecca's arm dropped to her side, and she turned to her sister waiting to see what the reaction would be. She knew the Paige was either going to be upset about being left behind or she would embrace the adventure ahead of them.
The serious expression on Paige's face disappeared, and she broke out into an impish grin. She grabbed her sister's hand and pulled her away from the front door and the station and down the sidewalk towards Main Street.
