By the time Rebecca had finished making her rounds, speaking to each of the different committees about their projects, Scott had collected the entry forms and fees from businesses that wanted to take part in the decorating contest. As he looked at the pile in front of him, he couldn't help but wonder what was causing the almost 100% involvement. Was it the opportunity to work with the new Skipton sisters and see firsthand what they were like? Or could have been the extra incentive that Rebecca had added in? The winner would have the recognition for being the best decorated in town, they’d also be given the first to pick of the conference railcar and meeting railcar, booking their meetings ahead of any other business. Whatever was, it was working.
