She talked possessively and Manella understood that she and Dobbins definitely thought of themselves as part of the family. “I have told Bessie and Jane what to do for your luncheon, Mrs. Franklin,” Manella said, “and, although it will be cold, I hope you will enjoy it.” “Now, don’t you go worryin’ about us,” Mrs. Franklin said. “You just have a good time while you are young.
