SIENA
I'm summoned to the camera room and I'm told there's an emergency. The head of surveillance has noticed something out of the ordinary.
He tells me that there has been a customer in the premises who looked suspicious.
Since he is on tape I ask for a replay. It starts where the man enters through the gate, to the tunnel and into the waiting room.
He surely looks like an ordinary customer. I order for his identify from the gate and it's given to me. Just another name.
“So what made you raise the flag?” I ask. I mean, I don't get it why he suspects the guy.
“The fact that he walked around all those minutes without even asking about prices is in itself reason enough to raise suspicion." He concludes. I'm not even listening and the surveillance man joins me in watching the video.
