The decision to cancel the contract is final, I'm not turning back.
I have reviewed the consequences and I am certain I can deal with it.
Years ago when I was active I cancelled a contract with a very disastrous aftermath.
A mafia boss had given me a contract to take out a man who had refused to pay a debt.
The mafia tended to like my services a lot and when the contract came I took it up without much ado.
But a serious problem arose when I went to do fact finding to find out more about him.
I went all the way to the small town and discovered that he was a sickly old man.
Actually the reason he had defaulted in paying was because his only source of income had been auctioned by other creditors.
As much as I needed the contract my conscience didn't allow me to eliminate him. I
