As the banging continued, Christie summoned the courage to walk up to the door as she peeped through the door hole, “Is the police,” she whispers to Jake and Silas. “Oh no, we are screwed,” Jake said. “I can hear muttering from here,” said a female officer from the outside as she banged the more. “Open up it’s the police!
