Noel wouldn't sleep.
He stared at his ceiling, the light illuminating from the lamp, slowly fading. Noel sat upright and sighed. He got off his bed and walked out of the room.
He decided a little walk wouldn't hurt. The hallway looked dark so he got back in his room and took the fading lamp with him. The hallway looked longer and gloomier than before. He started walking.
Noel was lost.
His lamp had run out of oil and he was blindly walking in darkness. As he blindly walked through the hallway, the darkness around him making him feel paranoid, he stopped at the small light illuminating from a room.
