*Flashback*
“Hey, Lyric, can we talk?” Kinta is home for a college break. He wanted to get away and meet new people before settling down into his Beta role. He figured that being exposed to people beyond his pack borders would help him be a stronger Beta when the time came to take over the pack.
Lyric and Kinta grew up together, being best friends. Senior year, they decided that they didn’t want to graduate being virgins, so they gave themselves to each other. All year, they would hook up here and there, learning about s*x from each other. Lyric wanted to be able to please her mate when she found him, and Kinta always had a bit of a crush on Lyric.
