“AGAIN!” The group on the offense lunges, practicing the moves they just learned. Those on defense block the move using what they just learned.
“AGAIN!” I walk through the groups, accessing their skills. I make corrections as needed and make sure everyone is processing what they learned well.
“SWITCH!” Now, the defense is on the offense, and vice versa. Each group is giving their all, trying to perfect the moves they’ve been learning. I have to say, they are doing a pretty good job. I shouldn’t expect anything less from our warriors.
I continue to move through the groups, correcting any problems I see. The warriors are very open to the direction needed if they want to perfect their craft. I’ve been running training for the last year and enjoy it. Dad wanted me to get well-ve
