I walked towards school. My mind was filled with so many questions. The events of last night played on a loop, confusing me even more as I thought of them.
What the hell happened last night? I wondered, for what must have been the hundredth time. Where did those powers come from?
The memory of the feeling of energy coursing through me sent shivers down my spine. I had never experienced anything like it before. The words I’d whispered felt foreign on my tongue, and yet, they had flowed from me as naturally as if I had spoken them all my life. I couldn’t even remember what they meant.
