I had been silently watching Caroline train every day and she seemed reluctant to give up, especially with her new determination to rescue her pack. I was just taken aback when she came to inform me about the letter she received. It was quite audaciously that someone would want to betray their back just to save their face.
"Alpha, there's something that you must know," Liam, my beta, said with a deep frown.
"What happened?" I drawled, not actually that interested in what he intended to say.
He looked worried. "Bruce is following the Luna around, and he is even trying to get her attention. He also wanted to train with her. I think you need to do something about it. Although at first, it seemed like a harmless attempt since we believed that it might be infatuation
