  Jackson's POV   Seeing her devastating state and how she cried over one of the dead bodies was disheartening. I walked over to her after inspecting the bodies carefully. I had a hunch that something was behind this. Kneeling on one knee, I drew her close into my arms, trying to comfort her, and she didn't object or try to pull away.   I felt her body weaken in my arms as she went unconscious. I quickly carried her in a bridal style, but I paused when I felt someone walking towards me.
