Dr. Morrison’s ready to see you now.” Jillian grabbed her purse, and her aunt stood up as well. “Do you want me to go back with you?” She shook her head. “I’ll be fine.” What did Connie think, that being pregnant made her forget how to follow a nurse and walk down a hall?
