Kane The lights of New York City blazed against the night sky, a stark contrast to the forests of my territory. The skyline blurred before my tired eyes. From the fiftieth floor of the Plaza Hotel, the city looked cold and endless, much like my future felt right now. From the penthouse suite of the Plaza Hotel, the city looked almost beautiful.
