Chapter 14: Partners
The last thing that I would care right now is tripping from running with heels. I’ve done it several times, but today is different.
“s**t,” ang pagmura ko sa hangin.
While I was running through the corridor, I kept glaning on every classroom to see that the lectures had begun. I’ve been late for an hour dahil napasobra ang pagtulog ko at traffic na sa labas.
I know, my excuses sounds so lame, but you can’t blame me! Ako ang bida dito no!
Anyway, laking pasalamat ko dahil our prof was facing the blackboard when she is discussing as I made my way, entering the classroom. May sinusulat siya sa blackboard habang ang mga kaklase namin ay nagt-take down ng notes.
I thought I was safe and that hindi na malalaman ni mam Leila na late ako sa kanyang klase. Dahan-dah
