Matthew's POV
A few days after I throw Phoebe out of our chamber, the day has come for her family to take her away. Her father and brother were in my office, asking to be relinquished of their title and duty. I regretfully accepted their resignation. Because of the guilt, I can’t argue back.
After more than an hour, I sensed her outside the palace. I looked out the window, and there she was outside. She seemed to feel my stare, so she moved her head until her eyes landed on the window of my office.
I didn't even feel my mate entering my office. I just felt her wrapped her arms around my body.
Due to our bodies touching each other, my wolf went wild again and surfaced. When Laura moved in front of me and kissed me, Legion took over and aggressively reciprocated the kiss.
