The moment I opened my eyes, my gaze immediately fixed on the sleeping face of Xander. Waking up with a gorgeous guy beside you could really make your brain malfunction, I thought inwardly as my hand moved on its own and caressed his stubbled chin, but my hand stopped moving mid-air when he stirred. In an instant, I dropped my hand and closed my eyes. I waited for him to move or get off the bed, but he just remained still. Is he still asleep? I was contemplating whether I should sneak a peek or just wait for awhile, when suddenly I heard him sigh. He's already awake! But, what's he doing? Why isn't he making any movements?
