LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

EREBOS POV:

‘’I hope I don’t disturb the prince.’’ the queen's grandma said, disturbing me in the middle of my work.

‘’Greeting grandmother.’’ I gave my greetings cutting the formalities completely.

‘’Whenever I see you working, I can’t help but think of your late king father. He was hard working just like you.’’ She said and I think I am supposed to take it as a compliment and act like I feel sad.

‘’I wish I can be like him one day,’’ I said knowing I will be way better than him.

‘’You make my world shine with your presence. Talking about all this I forgot to inform you about the real thing.’’ She said finally coming to work.

‘’I am listening,’’ I replied knowing how much time she was taking right now.

‘’We will be having some special higher official family as guest dinner tonight. And I want you to accompany me.’’ She said giving me a surprise. When did the queen start hosting dinners for officials?

‘’I am afraid it will take a lot of time and I will only hinder in the gathering,’’ I replied rejecting clear enough.

‘’This is not a how a responsible royalty answer.’’ She said just getting in her witch mood.

‘’Why a sudden dinner with some official people? Please inform them about my work, I am afraid I will not be available.’’ I said controlling the urge to show how angry I was on this stupid dinner plan.

‘’I am afraid I can’t reject it on your behalf prince. You can reject it in the next royal gathering when you will be able to find about the bridge plan.’’ She said and how can she ever lose.

‘’Okay, I will try to cover up my work fast. But I can’t promise to attend full dinner.’’ I said knowing it's going to be the worst time ever.

‘’You will attend it, the crown prince. And it is decided here now. I will now take my absence.’’ She said showing her old nature quite well.

After getting done with these stupid plans I checked the time and I guess the official guests must have arrived. I should see who is so important that even queen Fernanda invited them personally.

‘’Get my things ready for the social gathering,’’ I ordered my maids which started running back and forth not able to do some simple things right.

‘’My lord please it's time for your collar's correction.’’ I heard and looked up letting them when I felt water on me and looking down a stupid maid spilled my water glass on me.

‘’Can you all f*****g do something right. I can’t believe stupid people like you all are allowed to work in the palace.’’ I yelled furiously. Can’t believe they are this useless.

‘’my lord we will get this ready. Please forgive us.’’ She said rubbing her hands and kneeling.

‘’Throw her in the basement,’’ I ordered while my butler started working on my new dress, and finally, I was ready to attend some stupid and time taking dinner.

I was walking out checking my arms watch seeing if I was late enough to skip the dinner.

‘’Who the f**k knocks into me like this? Do you have a death wish or …’’? I spoke feeling a soft body bump into mine. How dare someone touch my body?

But I don’t know why I stopped looking into her black orbs. That pure antimony of innocence in those orbs. How can someone have such innocent eyes? I thought to myself when I heard her melodious voice but it was quite something else.

‘’You also knocked in me. Why yell like this? I will report you to the elders.’’ Cute doll said hardly managing to get up on her own and finally succeeded somehow.

‘’So, this doll can speak nonsense as well,’’ I said grabbing her by her arms and knocking her into the wall. No matter how attractive she is but first I must teach her how to speak to royals. But instead of paying attention to me, she was more interested in that useless framed bird. How dare she choose something above me?

‘’cat took your tongue. Answer me now?’’ I asked holding her tightly. She is tiny compared to me. Yet dared to challenge me.

I was asked her to answer but slowly started her body getting lighter and lighter in my arms till she fell in them completely.

‘’Answer me damn it…’’ I asked when I saw her passing out.

‘’Why do these girls have to be so weak?’’ I asked wanting to leave her there but more I looked at her. More I wanted to keep her forever. Wait what did I just say? What’s wrong with me? Maybe bewitched by her looks.

Whatever it was I don’t know how and why yet I carried in her my arms and took her back to my chamber. There was no one present as I left earlier and no one can enter in my absence or without my order.

I was someone who was supposed t throw this light body on the bed yet not knowing how and why I placed her carefully not wanting to harm her. Looking at her tiny figure on my big bed made me realize how small she was.

Looking at her carefully I saw how beautiful her features are. She is pure beauty. Best of best. And she is now the property of the crown prince. Must feel lucky after being chosen by me.

My starring peaceful session soon ended when that stupid maid of my queen came running in search of someone named Raya. And it was none other than my doll.

‘’She fainted and I brought her back.’’ I don’t like talking to strangers so this much answer was enough for everyone. I was starting to get impatient and annoyed seeing that doctor touching her everywhere.
