“Alpha advised me to send you up as soon as you arrived.” The young women at the desk said with a smile.
“Thank you Alice.” I say, as she leads us to the elevator. As I walk to the office door, I see an older man in an expensive suit, and a beautiful older woman, speaking with Alpha Kai.
“Beta Nick! What a surprise. How wonderful to see you and your lovely wife here!” Grandmother moves to hug them.
I look over and see Alpha taking in my outfit. When he sees I’ve noticed, he invites me to step inside with a warm smile. “I’d like you to meet our Beta, Nick, and his wife Jeannie. They have been primarily living in the city for a few years now, as that where most of our business is conducted.”
