Felix pulled up to my Grandmother's pack house. It was a large and luxurious wooden lodge. The windows at the A frame entrance, gave a clear view of the inside, where a large chandelier hung over a u shaped reception desk. Last nights light snow remained on the roof and the surrounding pine trees, giving it the perfect winter woodland aesthetic. "Ready?" he asked, opening my door. “Yeah, I’m a little nervous though.” I admit. “It’s going to be fine, I’m sure he’s a nice guy.” Felix comforts me. I see my grandma standing right inside one of the many glass doors, and she hugs me as soon as I enter. “We’re just waiting to be called back to the office.” She gestures to the leather love seat for us to sit.
