Chapter 12 DanaSaturday Morning, November 7th –––––––– I took a shift at the bakery the next morning while Faye watched Jef at our house. The storm had passed in the night but there was a lot of debris laying around on the sidewalks and the streets. As I walked the two blocks to the shop, I saw a lot of the locals out attempting to clean up. Our own yard had suffered a little blown in damage but, because most of our trees were toward the back of the lot, we were among the luckier ones.
