The Palace Ruins
After briefly looking again at the instructions, Gareth placed his hand flat on the plastic area in the centre of the game, and the next thing he knew he was somewhere very strange indeed. He suddenly dropped back, without knowing that he’d passed out whilst the game transported him somewhere new. He didn’t know exactly how the game worked; instead he rushed into it, like he always did with most things, unknowingly now inside a new dimension created by the game. The next thing that he had become aware of was that he’d woken up lying on the cold, hard floor next to a camp fire, on what looked like a very alien planet.
