God no! That i***t! I can’t believe he attacked her. If she dies my mate is going to kill me. I don't even know why he wants her so bad she's not even special. We took her to a hospital made especially for wolves. Adam was going crazy, I guess he felt bad for attacking her.

"Alpha it’s not looking good. She’s lost a lot of blood. The baby is holding on but we need to get her some blood. We can use yours, it's stronger and you're her mate it will help heal her faster."

"Ok Yeah, anything you need doctor." They went to take Adams blood. I stood out the room waiting until the doctor said something interesting.

"I ran her blood, do you that she's half wolf?"

"No I had no idea.” I couldn’t believe it.

"There's no way that you could have known unless she told you. Because she's half wolf and half human, her wolf is lying dormant."

I ordered him not tell anyone about this. I feel so bad, I never meant to hurt her. When I went to push her out the way I was in the middle of shifting. Her and the baby could have died because of me. If she dies I'll never forgive myself. I should have stood up to my father and mated her and challenged him for the title. He may be a cold man but he's my father I can't kill him.

Jenn POV

That piece of s**t scum bag. I tried to kill him when I got to the hospital.

"You're the worse mate in this world how could you do this to her!"

"I didn't mean to, she was attacking my mate. I just meant to knock her out of the way but my claws came out, You know that I would never hurt her on purpose."

"Really! You ass, you know she wouldn't hurt a fly. It's Sarah we're talking about. Did you ever stop to think that she was defending herself and the baby from a wolf?" That was his lame ass excuse. He is nobody to me I don't even speak to him anymore.

Adam

It’s been two months and she's still in a coma. Since the baby is half wolf with alpha blood he was able to survive. They feed her through a tube to help keep the baby healthy. I've been sitting here talking to her. The doctor said if she hears a familiar voice maybe she will wake up.

"Please Sarah try to wake up baby we miss you, the baby is going to need you, I need you. All of us are depressed. All we do is argue. I’m so sorry that I hurt you I promise to make it up to you just please come back." I kissed her forehead.

"I love you Sarah." I wiped my tears and left the room. When I was leaving out I was stopped by the doctor.

"Alpha I think I have a way to get her back but you may not like it."

"Of course. I'll do it anything to bring her back."

"You have to mark her, being her mate the pull will hopefully wake her wolf and heal her."

"Will me marking her hurt Kendra?"

"No because she's not your true mate. The mark will just disappear."

"Ok I'll do it."

We walked back into the room locking the door after us. The doctor checked her vitals then gave me the ok. I bit into her neck and moaned. When I was done I licked the mark. My wolf and I couldn't be happier.

"What now doc?"

"We wait for her wolf to wake. Another thing, the baby is fully developed we need to get him out. If her wolf does decide to wake she could shift and that could kill him."

"How soon can you get him out?"

"I'll schedule the C section for tomorrow. Around this time tomorrow you will be a father."

Unknown Pov

I can't believe my mate was stupid enough to attack her. She could have killed Sarah and ruined the plan. I dressed up in scrubs and went to visit my Sarah.

"Hello my love. You need to wake up. I need you, we can raise the baby together we can finally be a family.” I talked to her a for a bit then decided to go before I got caught.

“I have to go now but I will be back. I love you Sarah."

Adam

Today is the day of the C section, I've never been so nervous in my life. Even though I marked Sarah Kendra is still by my side. She says she understands, I know she's been cheating I’m fine with it because now I can be with Sarah without feeling guilty about Kendra.

"Ready to become a father?" Jeff asked.

"I can't wait. I just wish she could see the baby when he's born, Jeff what if she never wakes up?"

"I know Sarah, family is everything to her she'll pull through."

Later the doctor came out smiling. "Congratulations alpha, you and Sarah have a healthy baby boy and a beautiful baby girl."

"Twins?" I was shocked beyond belief.

"The girl was hiding behind her brother. It's like he was protecting his little sister."

"How is Sarah?"

"She's fine. You can see the babies when you’re ready. They are in the nursery, did you have any names picked out?"

"No I'll figure something out. Jenn can I talk to you?"

"What is it?" She said with an attitude.

"What was Sarah’s father name? Do you think she would like it if I gave our son her father’s name and our daughter my mother’s name?"

"Aww Adam that's a great idea she'll love it!" I went to give the nurse the names. I picked out Lucas James Knight and Skylar Rose Knight. My babies were perfect. I wanted to stay with them all night but the nurses made me leave. I was lying in bed thinking about Sarah and the babies when my phone rang.

"WHAT?" I roared shifting and running through the window. Someone was going to die tonight.
