Chapter Two

Its been a week since Nandini had started working in Malhotra Industries. There was a spark between them always. Nandini has started liking her boss while her boss was already smitten by her.

Today, Nandini had been somewhere to see a project which saddened Manik Malhotra.

He was sitting on his chair turned opposite the table smiling looking at his love's pictures.

His moment was disturbed by a knock on his table. He was confused. He looked the opposite side but found none. Again he got a sound. He stood up from his chair and walked inforth the table and found a baby girl with a teddy in her hands.

He smiled and picked her up when Aryan entered with a Sorry face.

"Sorry Sir..This girl.." He was shushed by his boss.

"Hmm..Go now" Manik ordered and sat on the chair with the baby girl.

"What happened Baby girl..Why are you here" He kissed her cheeks while she giggled.

"I want to go to Mummmaaa"She pouted.

Manik smiled "Who’s your mumma?"

"N.." She was about to answer when Manik's cabin door got opened and Nandini entered.

Manik smiled at her while the baby girl peeped from his table and shouted "Mummmaaaa"

"Aarushii" Nandini smiled and Aarushi hopped in her arms which made Manik go insane. He was numb. He wanted to react but was unable to do so. All his hoped were crashed in a second.

"Nandini is married" He murmured silently and went to his private lounge despite of Nandini's callings.
