Chapter 3
Jonah spent the first half of Monday morning with the Conklins, going over the paperwork required to set up their purchasing the house they’d looked at on Saturday. Afterward, he met with another couple who were house-hunting, taking them around to look at ones which interested them. It was late afternoon by the time they’d seen them all and told him they needed time to make a final decision between the two they liked best.
By then, he was ready to call it a day. He had two appointments on Tuesday to meet with potential sellers who might list their homes with him. He sent each of them emails to remind them when he’d be coming by, getting return emails verifying they would be home at the appointed time.
