"Come…" Kaida hesitated like she had done the last two times a weirdly familiar voice had called out to her. She had found herself back in front of the two shiny doors in the king's dream. The voice was coming from beyond the doors inviting her in like last time. Only this time the doors opened on their own accord as if whatever or whoever was beyond them was ready to receive her.
"Do not be afraid, child." The voice said and her hand flew to her throat when she felt her heart hammer in her chest.
She frowned though when she came in contact with something cold, something she was sure she didn't own but it was something safely hanging on her neck. It was a necklace. With a red stone at its centre she thought it was beautiful.
