Startled, Kaida whipped her head to the sound of a familiar voice. One that she wished she didn't have to hear in the secluded garden she had chosen to hide in. Especially not now. Not when Uther was not by her side or could not be even if he wanted to.
"Your highness." Kaida bowed towards the first prince calmly, while inside, she frantically searched for her guards. None were close and she regretted asking them to give her space inside the tiny garden.
