Their brother, Shade, Moon's twin met them on the road and they all went to surprise the little ones.  They reached the Shiran fortress, and Shade was put up to speed with everything that was planned ahead and everything that has happened in his absence. Moon did not feel too good knowing that Shade was taking Tiger's part into the crystal matter. He did not want to lose her either, she could understand that, but to experiment and unlock the power to open the portals at will, just like she saw the woman in front of her doing, was all that she could think of. She had to bring their parents back, and that crystal was the only chance they had. How could she not make it work? She had to make it work!! For everybody's sake! They all reached the king's quarters, and the little ones were playing there. In order to surprise them, Moon and Tiger entered first, and all the eyes were on them. The eyes that met them were sad. As much as they were trying, they knew nothing about their parents and they did miss them. Moon knew they needed their parents. Having so many siblings was so nice, because you could always have play partners, as many as you would like, and they could make all the games fun. But their parents were always such a big part of their lives, they missed it. Even if they were trying to hide it, they still missed it and Moon could see it on their little faces. They were trying to be so brave, it broke her heart. Tiger told them they have a surprise waiting and they instantly change and when they saw Shade, of course they jumped on him. All of them! At once! They made him look like a walking pyramid! All climbing on his back, one on his head, they all missed him! But Moon felt Tiger uneasy. Was he jealous of Shade? Why? They all loved him the most! No, they could not be divided right now! "He was the one gone too long, brother!". Her words made him flinch. He did not expect her to hear his thoughts, but she could not help it. Out of all their parents' powers, mind control was what she was working the best. Why, no one knew how these powers work. They had a will of themselves.  Even Silver was getting agitated over this sometimes. Of course, it was uncomfortable to have someone knowing your mind better than yourself! "Get out of my head, Moon!" he yelled at her through their mind link. Too late... they all heard them both, apparently. They both forgot they were all sharing the mind link and the mind space. They were all brothers and very close.  "Look..." Moon pointed towards the little ones, who were looking at him, all of them. They were paying attention to the nonverbal Silver was displaying. She felt him calm down, and Shade just came closer, allowing little monkeys to climb his body as well.  -In case you needed to be a walking tree too... Shade just smiled at him knowingly. You know they love you more than anything, right? -I know. Moon looked at Silver. He knew. He just had a lot on his mind right now and he felt responsible for them all, now that the parents were not present and he was acting King. She tried to read those feelings. He was determined to keep them all safe. He was afraid for their lives. Because the little ones could not defend themselves as adults could. She could understand that, she felt just as responsible for them as he was. She needed to do something about it. She needed to bring their parents back, no matter the costs.  She felt so fortunate to have her parents present all these years, while growing up. She remembered her mother's smiles and shiny face, her father's kindness. She did not want her brothers and sisters to lose that. So she made a promise to herself. For now, she will stay with them, but starting tomorrow morning, she will head up to the Sun house and work. Her hand went to feel the inside of her pocket in the right. The crystal's form was there and she could feel it with her palm. She will make it work. She will. Just wait for it! She would have to work with Kaion. A grimace of displeasure appeared on her face. Aaarrggh... the muscle man, the one who came from that world. She needed to talk to him more, find out info about his world. Where would her parents land, how will they be welcomed? She knew the Warchild House there was at war with the Shadows Assassins House... Her parents were both... how will they manage to live there and sick help to get back home?  She made the plan. First, extract the information about that world, from Kaion. Pretend to be interested. Then, working on the crystal to make it work. And after that, sending the information along, she needed to find a proper channel for that. But she will not let Kaion touch the crystal. She would not have him go home and her parents be trapped in there, no way. She will use him, no matter the consequences. Her parents will come back. She will make sure of it. Now... how will she hide the crystal from Kaion? She decided to keep it hidden for now. He did not need to know she has the means to open the portals, that was only for her to experiment on and make it work. The lady said she could... She must have known something, more than what she could say at that moment. She would not hurt her, she knew that somehow. It felt so strange, it felt like they knew each other somehow... How was that possible, unless she would make it work and go there herself? That only meant she would find their parents, so it was all on her right now!
