Chapter 9: The Grate Escape
Eva and Pias were both startled at the abruptness of the death sentence from the pirate leader. Whatever plot he was involved in, it obviously was concerned only with the titled passengers.
One guard stepped forward from against the wall behind his leader. “The usual method?” he asked.
The boss nodded. “Yeah. Space ‘em.”
Both agents shuddered at the thought. Being tossed out an airlock without a spacesuit and exposed to the deadly vacuum was not a pleasant way to die.
