Till now I was keeping my mouth shut just because of mom. I promised her not to do anything that would harm Laura.
Now Leo was thinking that I am doing everything to lure him. Even this accident was caused purposely. I should have taken out this illusion from his mind.
“Listen, I was not seducing you. We both loved each other. I have a proof that we were together. If you want to know you can see this photo of us.” I took out the pictures I always kept in my purse. I took a glimpse of it, we both were sitting on the beach. His hands were on my shoulder and we were looking at the sunset. It was close to my heart.
I am gave him that photo in his hands. “See I am not lying. I have pictures of every moment when we were dating before. I am not chasing after you. It was you who forget everything.”
He took that photo in his hands. I was watching his reaction after seeing that picture. His eyes tapered and he took that photo in front of his eyes. He kept looking at it without blinking his widened eyes for a few seconds. It felt like he was in big awe after it. He was speechless. I crossed my fingers and pressed my lips. I knew that he will be shocked after seeing that photo.
“Hazel, you opened my eyes. I understood what a big mistake I am going to do after losing you. We were in love. We spend our happiness and sadness together.
Why didn't you show this photo to me before? Why did you keep it hiding for a long time.” He asked me with complaining tone. His eyes started getting shiny, just like before. Anger on his face was disappeared. A humble kindness and guilt appeared again.
“You were right. I forget everything. I forget the love we shared before.” He came close to me. I was watching his face.
“Leo, did you remember everything? Do you know how much we loved each other? This place, you loved that place too.” I asked him? My eyes were getting moist. He remembered everything. Sorry, mom! I wasn't mean to break my promise but I was standing up for myself.
“Yes, Hazel. I remembered everything. You, your face, your love.. Everything.” he took my hands. “I am not going to marry Laura. now I am going to break this marriage with you. I am only yours. Hazel.” he said with a chuckling face. He came to know about the truth. I was happy about that. It felt like life was going to be happy again.
“Leo… really?” I was surprised.
“Isn’t it you want to hear from me? That’s why you are showing this morphed photo to me. Laura was extremely correct. You can go any low to stop me marrying Laura.” Leo said this and I felt like I was struck by lightening. He was mocking and sarcastic.
“What Leo?” I looked at his face. He was sneering.
“Hazel, such photos, I would show you 100 such photos of me with every celebrity. What do you think? I would believe on this photo and break my marriage with Laura.” He tore that picture in his hand. I was dumbfounded when I saw that.
“Thank God Laura already tell me about it. She told me that you can do this to get me. How cheap you are!” he said and got away from me.
“You think this photo is fake? Our love? Was that fake too?” I asked him with red eyes. I was controlling my tears.
“Love? A girl like you, do you know what’s love. Love was just like Laura and me, even death was able to make us apart. You don’t respect your relation with your sister. Do you think I would buy your words. You are such a cheap woman.” Leo has started hating me so much that he couldn’t even wanted to hear me.
“Leo..” I came ahead to explain to him, suddenly I was slapped on my face. I looked that it was Laura.
Laura saw the torn photo on the ground and stared at me with her tapered eyes. She realised that I was showing these photos to Leo.
“You bloody f*****g woman! Why the hell you are not dying Huh? Why are you keep being blunder in our family? You are not even ready to die, I should kill you with my hands. ” Laura raised her hands and started choking me to the death. My neck, she grabbed it with her hand and pressed it angrily. I was coughing hard, my face started getting red as if I lack oxygen.
“Laura.. Leave me now.. Leave me.. You idiot.” I was slapping her head and holding her hand. But it seemed she was using her whole strength. I was getting breathless.
“I will kill you. You didn't even remember how mom raised you.” she was increasing her force. I was coughing even more hard.
Leo realised that Laura was about to kill him. She was burning like fire. I was holding her hair but she has unaffected by it.
“Laura, please be calm. Your face will be wrinkled if you get this angry. You are using your anger on such shameless people. Just leave her.” Leo came and stopped her. “People are watching it. Don't do anything now,” he whispered in her ears. Laura looked around her, people started gathering on the road. Laura smirked and left my throat. I took a heavy breath after that.
“Her mother had run away with her lover. It was my mother who raised her, gave her food, treated like her own daughter and what she was doing. Luring her sister’s fiancé. See is not grateful at all. She could do anything for fulfilling her lust.” Laura went out of limit.
I was extremely upset with whatever happening just now. I was just walking on the road, yeah it was my mistake that I was in the middle of the road but they both have no right to said such nonsense to me.
“Luring sister’s fiancé. Yeah! I can tell it more in detail. How someone can snatch love from her sister’s life. I know that.” I said sarcastically. Laura burned up immediately and pushed me aside.
“Now I can understand why you are not accepting that deal. It’s because Leo Huh? You are still chasing him even if he didn’t give you f**k. Aren’t you embarrassed and beg for love.” She said and pressed my hand. I was angry at that time but what she said was right. I was getting insulted again and again.
“Darling, don’t waste your time here. We have to go for shopping. Our engagement dates are closer. She is just a waste.” Laura grabbed his hands and they both sat in the car. Spreading the dust in the air, their car left that place.
“Engagement? so Leo was getting engage to Laura officially? He had completely forget everything between us? He forget the promises he made with me.” I realised that I was just a piece of s**t now. I stood at the corner of the road holding my head.
Suddenly I felt vibration in my purse. My mobile phone was on silent mode. It was mom calling me.
“Hello, Hazel.” My stepmother called me. She sounded so upset. “What’s wrong with you? What did I say to you? You are doing it again. I heard you broke the promise you made with me.Laura just called me.” It was just ten minutes for that incident happened and Laura already informed mom about that.
“Mom, my intention was not that.” j said.
“Hazel, what do you want to move on? I am ready to do anything. Don't separate your sister from her fiance. Don't spoil your sister’s life. Leo and Laura loved each other.” Mom. was explaining to me. Her tone was angry and upset at the same time.
“Yes, mom!” I said.
“You showed photos to him? Why did you kept it with you? You are still chasing him and proving him all that? Was that reason you refused to accept that deal?” Mom was about to finish her but I stopped her in the middle.
“Mom I have moved on! I am accepting your deal.” I said quickly without thinking even for a second. I didn't ask anything about the deal, I just knew that I have to marry that man.
“Really?” she was surprised. Her voice became cheerful all of a sudden. “Yoh cannot back off after this. You have to marry within two days. You can not run away, Even if you want to..” she said to me.
“I won't,” I added.
“Alright, I will get preparations done.” mom hung up her phone. The continuous beeping sound made me come to reality.
I was not forced to marry this man. I decided on this marriage. Now whatever will happen to me, that would be the result of my quick decision that was made out of anger and frustration.
“Hazel Robinson.” I signed under that certificate. A man came and took that certificate back from my hand.
The guest stood from their seat and started leaving one by one. In a short while the entire church turned empty and sounded silent. I was a lot at that place. So it was my job!
I walked out of the church and saw a white sedan was standing in front of me.
I was shockingly staring at it. The driver came out of the car and stood in front of me. He opened the door as soon as he saw me. I realised this person has come to take me. As I promised to my step mother, I sat inside the car without saying anything.

“What are you doing here?” Dad asked me when he saw me coming back to the Mansion. His face was extremely angry as if he see his biggest enemy in the world.
“What happened? Aren't you sleep yet. You have a heart problem right? Then why making it worse by standing and waiting for me late evening?” I asked him. I was not even in the mood of taking to him.
“You are coming in this house again making my heart ache worst. You should know where you should be right now. Your action will really make me die.” my dad was disappointed. He was really not happy to see me in the mansion at this hour.
“Dad, you asked me marry that girl and I did it. What else you wanted?” i said to him. See how healthy he was now, doing quite fine. Who will say he was about to die few days back? Just few days ago, he got a heart attack. Nowadays parents knows well how to blackmail their children.
“Dont you know what I said that day. You have to be with that woman. That's the only thing you can do right now.” Dad pointed his stick at me and said with harsh words. I turned my head up and saw Lisa was listening to our conversation. Her face was seemed dull and disappointed.
“Okay! I am leaving to the villa to f**k with your nonsense thing.” I added and sat back in the car. I rubbed my forehead with my palm to give a thought it again. I started the car and left for the villa. I convinced myself that it was just a matter if a night and I won't have to see that woman again. After thirteen month, that woman won't be exist for me.
