“Are you still thinking about Leo? Hazel, it's done. Do you want to spend the rest of your life thinking about him? Why are you not moving on? See he already has Laura beside him. Your entire family support her, even your dad. Forget him and move on please. ” Mia scolded me a little bit.

She was so loud that people around us started staring at us with weird gaze. We look back at them. Mia pressed her lips and reduced her tone. “I am not scolding you. Don’t think that at all. I hope you understand why I am saying this. You should close that chapter which is already over.” Mia said to me again. They said it’s easier to say than actually do.

“Mia... It's not like I don't want to move on! I am trying each and every method to divert my mind. But what should I do when I am failing miserably?” Mia tried to convince me a lot before.

Sometimes I used to do drama too, but I have not moved on. If we had broken up, then it would be easier for me to move on, but we have not broken up. We have not returned our gifts. Whenever I see him, I still feel connected to him. I could see him every alternate day, what will happen when I see him daily.

“Hazel, are you really trying?” she tapered her eyes. Her sound was sarcastic. “Should I say it's trying?” she waved her hand and showed me that we were just

"Nothing will happen by sitting like this. Let's play truth and dare together. I will help you to move on. Don't just sit and pressure your brain." Mia pulled my hand and took me to her friends. Everybody stopped playing and looked at me.

Celeb gave me a place to sit next to him. They were all our college friends with whom I had been studying since childhood. We were playful in our school days.

"Mia, turn the bottle. Now let's see in whose direction this bottle is coming.” Celeb said, handling Mia from a wine bottle. “You have to choose truth or dare! And you are liable to do whatever is given.” Celebs warned everyone with a serious tone. All just shook their heads. Mia rolled the bottle into the middle of the table.

I sat with them to play but my eyes didn't even look at the bottle with the same excitement as others. Everyone seemed so happy except for me. Our group has had one couple since childhood. They were still holding their hands.

I have been there at this nightclub. As we come at the weekend, I usually see working adults more than spoiled teens. People were peeking out of the glass of the smoking zone. I can see people dancing to loud music. Maybe, as the teen crowd more teen, they were playing some band music. My each and every breath smells like alcohol to me.

Even in such a crowd and noise, my mind was not distracted. I was looking around and seeing how happy people are! Not everyone came here to kill their sadness.

Suddenly, one man sitting on the other side of the compartment grabbed my attention. That man looked different from the rest of the men in the club. He was very attractive, so that the girls around him were drooling at seeing him. His brown and well-set hair was less suitable for such a nightclub. I almost thought he must be a model. But the way he was holding a file, he was a kind of office man.

Oh yeah! I didn't notice, he came in a formal waist suit. Who wears a formal suit in the nightclub?

He was discussing something while pointing at the file. His hand gestures, expressions were all speaking. Even if I could not hear him, I could guess that he must be talking about something serious.

The people sitting with him were also in formal suits. Maybe he had come for some office meeting. He booked a VIP compartment that was a little away from the crowd and noise.

I felt strange as to why anyone would come to the club to talk about the office.

"Oh, this bottle is on Hazel's side. Hazel, you are caught!" Celeb shouted loudly while pointing at him. I was startled by the way he shouted.

Actually, the face of the bottle was towards me.

"Tell Hazel, what do you want? Truth or dare? You can choose between the two." Mia said, keeping her hand on my shoulder.

“The way you are confident in the office, you must choose to dare!” Celeb said to me.

First of all, I was not interested in playing this game. I would have chosen it if it were.

“truth." I thought I would be silent by giving a simple answer to any question. “I will choose truth.”

This game isn't that bad either. There is nothing wrong with telling the truth.

"Well, then tell us what happened between you and Leo, that you both parted. Did he dump you? Why are you guys apart?" The Celeb asked me with a curious face.

Everybody turned excited to hear that, as if they wanted to hear the answer too. My few friends were so excited that they left looking at their mobile screen and stared at me with raised brows.

I was surprised by his question. I did not know that he would ask this question, which I can never answer. I kept quiet and started ignoring the question.

"Hazel, he answered. On this pretext, we will know what happened after all. The two of you have become so separated that he avoids us now too.” Jack asked me with a curious face. “I missed how he used to give us treats. What happened Hazel, tell us now.” Jack added.

I stared at Mia with a mad face. She brought me to the game to move on or to make me remember everything again. Our friends were continuously taking Leo’s name. Mia pressed her lips and shook her head, signing that she would do something about it.

“Hey guys, this is personal. You cannot ask such a question of her. We are playing a game, right? Not digging up anyone’s personal life in the nightclub. It's not entertaining at all.” Mia explained to everybody, but they were not ready to listen.

“Mia, what do you think? Are we in kindergarten? Should we ask her if she failed her exam? Who was her crush? What was her first kiss?” Shelly took a stand for Celeb? “We are not interested in knowing when her first kiss was, or her crush. We just wanted to know what happened between her and Leo. Why do they break up?” Shelly was a little aggressive at that time.

I was starting to feel suffocated by that question. It felt like someone was throttling me. I put my hand on my throat. I felt strange. Why did it feel so dry? When they were taking the name of Leo, why did I feel like I would never move on? Was this that hard?

I immediately took the glass kept on the table in my hands and in one breath I lowered it down my throat.

“Ahhh..” I burped.

That was bitter, but less than the bitterness of my heart. They say iron cuts iron, so to calm the bitterness in my life, I drank it.

“Hazel,” Jack raised his brow to stare at my glass.

“Dare. I changed my decision.”

Everyone started looking at me in awe. Their eyes were popping out of their eyeballs.

“Oh Man! She drank vodka. Oh God! She is going to be a mess!” Mia laughed and gave a high five to Shelly. "It was probably my birthday gift from Hazel," Mia said, smiling.

"If you have chosen to dare, then do one thing." Jack said, looking around him while rubbing his palm. His squinted eyes rolled into an entire nightclub. It was as if something stormy was going on in his intelligent mind. The game became more exciting. “Go and seduce that man. We want some reaction from him after your seduction. If he responded to you, you won.” jack pointed to another side.

I rolled my eyes to the VIP corner and was surprised. Jack was talking about the same man who was at the meeting. He was still doing some serious formal talk.

"Are you mad? How can I do this? You really want me to interrupt him and seduce him. No way!!" I looked at that man. He seemed very busy. I would never want to do that.

“If you can't do both, then why did you come to play this game? You are really stupid." Celebs started getting angry. I saw Mia's face also turned upset. “You are really here to spoil everyone’s game. We had no player like you.” He started getting mad at me.

"It's not like that, celeb, I invited Hazel to play this game. My mistake. You don't need to scold her." Mia sounded so upset. She was really regretting that she called me to play. I thought I had almost ruined her party. Everyone’s faces seemed as if they were coming to any kind of funeral.

“If she does this, then everyone will do the same. What would be the point of playing this game? Hazel, you ruined the game, otherwise everyone was happily doing as she said.” Jack was upset too. “ She saw how Shelly went to that guy and got his number. She did it once!” He added.

“Hmmm.” Mia was very happy but now she is sad. I started feeling very bad. No matter how useless my personal life may be, why should I hurt someone else because of it?

"I will." I stood from my place and moved towards that man. My hands and legs were trembling badly. He was still talking with gestures of hands and eyes.

"Hazel, you just have to do a little acting and nothing else. You know you can do that. You will never meet him again, just for the sake of Mia, do it.” I was encouraging myself. Seducing the man sitting on the front couch, I didn’t know what. What would it be? What if he slapped me? He didn't seem the kind of person who would get easily seduced by me.

As I was walking towards the man, my heart was beating faster. It was like a storm was waiting for me. A strange flame rose inside me. I went and stood in front of that man, till now I drank vodka had given me so much confidence that I could do this.

“Mr. Davis, You have made great deals before, but I want to give this opportunity to some other group. We know that Davis Group is leading in the market but I don't think your company is suitable for this project.” A person beside him was saying something while showing a file in his hands. I didn't know how to start? What shall I talk about? He was poking his eyes into that file. When would he look at me? I was nervous.
