Ariel’s pov. I didn’t hear his footsteps. Somehow, I just knew he was at the door. I quickly step behind the curtain, putting my heels on the wall, so he doesn’t see my legs. My heart raced as I heard the door open. I bit my lips, not daring to move one inch even though I was feeling so much pressure on my legs since I was practically tiptoeing.
