Hearing Ryder say I am looking pretty kind of put my nerves at ease but then Zane walked in with a new girl on his arm which kind of pissed me off ‘The nerve of this guy! He couldn’t f*****g spare a second to come see me when I was down and now, he comes with some girl to a party?’
I didn’t bother sparing him a second glance but that was until he decided to come and speak to me at long last. I wanted to ignore him but seeing how Leah was going to bite his head off I decided to deal with him on my own.
I followed after Zane to one of the empty rooms “Zoey… Uh… Listen…” he trailed off keeping his eyes on the ground ‘that’s right, you know what you did was wrong, no wonder you can’t look me in the eye’.
