As soon as I shut the door behind me, I slunk to the floor in tears. Taking in a deep breath, I realized the fact that while I adjusted partially, the world that I found myself in was becoming more and more otherworldly to me. And even in all of its unusualness, I was aware that even then it had its limits on what human traits were accepted. What happened downstairs with Mrs. Falton clearly was not one of them. “Is this real?” I had to ask myself first.  I had to know that my mind was not relapsing into insanity before I assumed that I had an ability that I did not have. “Show me that I am not just a foolish mind.” I whispered and closed my eyes. Immediately, I started thinking of what happened downstairs and how it managed to happen, when the feel of my hands began to tingle once more.
