My Brothers Best Friend Is My Mate

I'm Ash, I'm turning 13 today. I'm a werewolf, and today I'll finally be getting my wolf and be able to shift. I'm so excited!  I got dressed and but my convers on. I ran downstairs to see my brother, sisters, and parents waiting for me. ~~~~This is just an introduction to the family and descriptions of them~~~~ My brothers name is Flash, he's only a year and a half older than me, but he's basically like my twin, we're very alike and very close. I have a younger and older sister. Our parents are the Betas of the pack. My older sister, Rachael, is 18, and my younger sister, Tara, is a few months old. I have long, curly brown hair, green eyes that sometimes turn blue on rare occasions, but it's rare, it only happens if there's something SERIOUSLY wrong with me or if I'm more upset/sad than you could imagine. I'm skinny and an average height for my age. Flash has soft, fluffy black hair, brown eyes, and he's tall. His wolf's name is red, he's a black wolf with red tips on the ears and tail and he has beautiful green eyes. Rachael is short, has straight, light brown hair and brown eyes. Her wolf's name is Nora, she's dark grey, with yellow eyes. Tara is just a little baby(in future she will be a little girl with light brown hair, and big, adorable brown eyes) she's the sweetest girl ever. My mom is short with black hair and brown eyes. Her wolf's name is Lo, she's grey with bits of black, and burgundy eyes. My dad is a medium height, with Brown hair, and blue eyes. His wolf's name is Ryder, he's black with grey eyes. I'm the only one in my family with green eyes. ~~~~End of introductions~~~~ "Hey sis you ready?" Flash asked, walking up to me and putting his arm around my shoulders. "Yeah! I can't wait!" I said, wrapping my arms around his waist and putting my head on his chest and he rested his chin on my head, hugging me with a smile and look of amusement and adoring on his face, seeing how cute and excited his sister is. "Well then we better get going so we aren't late." My mom said. "Okay, Let's go!" I say grabbing Flash by the hand and running outside dragging him along. We step outside and his friend, whose the son of the alpha, is standing outside. His name's Ross, he's about the same age as Flash. Ross is only a few months older than Flash. He's tall, like really tall. He has really soft, fluffy, curly, brown hair, and blue eyes. His wolf's name is Blake, he's black with a blue stripe down from his snout to the tip of his tail and has blue ears, with beautiful silver eyes. Of course I was there when he shifted cause he's the next alpha and he's my brothers best friend and he's kinda my friend too cause I grew up with him. "Hey Ash, you excited?" He asked when he saw me. Flash walked up and put his arm around my shoulders again and looked at me with amusement as I answered. "Yeah! I can't wait to meet my wolf!" I say clasping my hands together under my chin with a huge grin on my face, looking really excited. He chuckles at how excited I am "Well let's get going, you and Flash are riding with me." He says grinning. "Okay, well, hurry up, let's go!" I yell grabbing flash and pushing Ross as I run to his car. They all just laugh at the sight. They've never seen me so excited before. When we get to the pack house I jump out the car and grab Flash and run around to the back where we're holding the ceremony, dragging Flash with me, and Ross having to run to keep up as they just laugh. We get to the back and my parents and sister come around shortly after. I see my friends and start talking to them while waiting for the ceremony to begin. ~~~~These are descriptions of my friends~~~~ Lillie is tall and skinny, with long, wavy, light brown hair, and brown eyes. Brennen is medium height, with brown hair that swoops to the side, and blue eyes. Tyler is my best friend, we were born on the same day along with his twin, the 3 of us are like triplets, we get along so well and we're always together, our moms are best friends so we grew up together, he's tall and skinny, he has dark hair and brown eyes. Angel is his twin sister, she also has dark hair, with brown eyes, you can tell they're related, they look exactly alike except for different genders, and she's shorter than him, but she's still a little taller than me, but not by much. There's more, but we won't describe them. Then there's Jacob, he's already shifted. He has midnight blue hair which he was born with somehow. His wolf's name is Hunter, he's midnight blue, with gold eyes. He's also my best friend, but he's more like a brother. We grew up together, our mothers and fathers were best friends and grew up together. ~~~~End of descriptions~~~~ We were all talking when the Alpha started talking, giving a speech. "Thank you all for coming! We are very happy and excited to be here and witness these pups shift and officially be part of the pack! Now I would like them to come and line up, so we can begin the process!" He boomed. There wasn't a lot of people here, it was just the Alpha, Luna, Beta's, Gama's, there kids, top warrior along with a few of his best warriors just in case, along with the family's of the ones shifting and some close friends. We all go up and line up spread out a bit and took off our shoes and clothing we had over our shorts and tank tops, so we have on some clothing at least. Once we're all ready the Alpha starts talking to start the process. "Now just close your eyes and try to feel the power and let it welcome you, then you will shift! Now the Moon Goddess will grace you with your wolf's!" He booms and we do as he says.  Suddenly you can hear the cracking of bones and the cries of agony as the bones re align and we shift. It's a very painful process when it's your first time shifting. We all cry in agony until the pain suddenly stop and I open my eyes and notice I'm lower down to the ground than usual. I shifted! I look down and I have white paws, which shocked me cause that's rare. I look around and nobody else has a white wolf and I notice everyone looking at me with amazement and adoration. 'Hi Ash, I'm Cia your wolf!' A beautiful voice says happily in my mind. 'Hi! wow you're beautiful!' I say as I see my wolf, her fur is beautiful, it's white as snow, and she has beautiful ocean blue eyes, but I see another amazing and beautiful wolf that's midnight blue, with white eyes. 'Well I'm glad you think I'm amazing and beautiful! I'm Abby, I'm your other wolf but you can't tell people you have 2 wolves! It has to stay a secret! If you say anything it could put you in danger! There's only 2 people other than us that  knows, 1 is finding out about it now and he's being told how important it is for nobody to know! The other has known for a while.' Another beautiful voice says in my head 'Who are these other people?' I ask curious and very confused. '1 is your brother Flash, he's trusted and he's your protector/guardian. He's a very important person/wolf. He'll be stronger than an alpha and he will be able to ignore an Alphas command. The other is Jacob he's your brother and he's the same way as Flash, but stronger, he's closer of a brother for you then Flash is.' Cia said, which confused me even more. 'I'm so confused.' I whispered/thought. 'Don't worry we'll help you figure out everything about you.' Abby said soothingly and reassuringly. I was so confused and was about to ask more questions, but was brought out of my conversation when the Alpha starts talking again. "Now you have your wolf's and have shifted! You had enough time to learn what your wolves names are and see what they look like! You will now officially part of the pack and be in the pack link!" He booms then looks over to our parents and says "Parents you may now bring them a blanket to cover them up!" he says and our parents come over to us and wrap the blankets around us and the Alpha continues speaking. "Now you may now shift back and go over there to get dressed then come back!" He says motioning to a little building. We all shift back but some how I still have my cloths on. 'What?! How's that possible?!' I wonder. 'Cover yourself! Don't let them see your cloths are still on!' Cia and Abby yelled in my head at the same time. I hold on to the blanket around me, and slip the straps to my tank top off my shoulders. I manage to take the straps off completely without it being noticeable and move my arms out from under the towel so I'm holding onto the towel around my chest. Luckily the tank top goes low down and my shorts are really short, so you can't see and bit of clothing from under the towel. I quickly grab my cloths and go to the building going into my separate room to change and I get dressed. Good thing you can't see my shorts and tank top under this. 'Yeah, we can't let people know about our abilities yet.' Cia says. 'Okay.' I respond and walk out going back to the ceremony. After it's over we go back home and I immediately go to my room to change into some comfy, fluffy pj paints and a tank top. I walk out of my closet and flop onto my bed. I was so exhausted that I immediately fell asleep, letting the darkness consume me.
