It was the day of my Luna Ceremony and I was in my office going over some things I want to get done for the pool and the summer camp for next year. I heard talking coming down the hallway towards my office and noticed it was Eric’s voice.
Moments later Eric walked in with Cameron and Jamie behind him. They walked over to my desk as I smiled up at them. Jamie and Cameron took a seat on the couch while Eric sat in a chair in front of my desk. I stayed where I was in my chair but stopped what I was doing to give them all of my attention.
“How are you?” Jamie asked me.
“I’m good just focusing on getting ahead of things for next summer,” I told her.
“Eric told us your plans and we were impressed,” Cameron said.
“Thank you.”
“How are you feeling about tonight?” Jamie asked.
