The room was silent. That I was used to. If there was anything I detested so much it was noise.
What I wasn't used to, was Sebastian, my Beta, being quiet.
“Seb, I'll ask you for the last time before I lose it. What the hell is going on?" I had other important matters to face and this was taking up my attention.
“Well, Alpha, there's been a report from one of our camps. One of our men noticed no one was picking up calls from the camps, so he went over to check. Found the entire guards hacked up to pieces and all the prisoners set free."
