I kissed Nico's lips while feeling his long fingers wrap around my wrists as I tried to pull them free.
"Nico, I have to go...the nurse will be at the house in thirty minutes." I mumbled against him.
"Let Seb handle it." He responded, making me pull back from him and frown.
"I think Sebastian could use a few days off.." I stated, seeing Nico's eyes flash.
"Giada..I don't want you alone..and Sebastian agrees.. whoever was driving that car obviously wasn't aiming for me." He spat, the anger rising once again as I swear we had been through this already.
"I know..but once you get in the house, let's give him some time, please..I feel bad." I pouted, making Nico sigh before studying my face.
He quickly reached up, his palms cupping my cheeks as he tilted my head back more.
