Meeting him parents( her pov)

Today am meeting his parents,,am nervous about it and can't stop biting my nails,,,a habit of mine that I do when am nervous

My love calm down okay am here with you...they would love you he said and kissed my hands..we were driving to his parents house

the car ride was silent until he said we are here love..I looked at the house in front of me and saw guards guiding the house,,wow a four story building

the house was painted green with green grass surrounding it,,,the gates opened and I gasped in awe..there was a fountain in the middle of the compound and guards walking around

Is his parents governor's or something because I don't understand why there are a lot of guards here I wondered

my boyfriend pack the car at the parking spot and let me tell you there were about fifteen cars,,some I haven't seen before my entire life

he took my hands and we walked to the front door and he ranged the bell,,,a man around age fifthy opened the door

welcome home sir and Ms he said and stepped aside for us to get in ...the house is so beautiful I said,,well thank you my dear I heard a voice and turned towards it,,and saw a beautiful woman walking down the stairs

she looked very young but I knew right away she is my boyfriend's mum... welcome dear come she said and I walked towards her

she gave me a hug surprising me..I hugged her back,, you are very pretty she said in my ears and I blushed...she pulled away from the hug and

walked towards my boyfriend,,she hit his forehead and said why didn't you bring her sooner before your father went to his trip she said glaring at her son

he rubbed his forehead and said he was busy with work,,lies you went to Texas for a few years and when you came to New York you couldn't find a Day to visit your parents huh she said

am sorry mum my boyfriend said with a pout making me giggle..he hugged his mum

his mum pulled out of the hug and smiled at him,, come my dear let's have a sit she said

I sat down beside my boyfriend and she sat across from us..so dear do you work or you school she asked

I would be his new secretary starting from Monday I said... so tell me what did you see in my son that made you accept to be his girlfriend she asked

well his caring and hardworking nature drew me to him I said with a smile and she returned it

son go to your dad's office there are some documents I need you to analyze she said...but mom I want to listen to your conversations he said

okay so about menstruation his mom was saying but he immediately stood up and rushed out of the living room..I laughed so hard I almost fell down

aha I knew that would make me leave she said laughing

my dear come sit with me..I stood up and sat beside her,,she held both my hands in hers and looked me in the eyes...my son asked me to ask for your forgiveness for what he did,, you see whenever he drinks alcohol he does stupid things

I remember one time he got drank after coming from a party he peed all over the couch and we had to buy a new one,he went to the kitchen and threw all the flours on the floor,then went into his father's office and tore all his documents to pieces...it didn't end there, you see the foundation on the compound he removed all his clothes and slept in the fountain she said and I laughed very hard,,tears were in my éyes

please forgive him ,I know what he did was unforgivable but please find it in your heart to forgive him she said

I have forgiven him I said with a smile,my dear make sure he doesn't drink alcohol again please she said
