THE SURROGATE

CHAPTER 5

Am I going crazy? Maxwell was restless as he left the summer mansion.

He had embraced and coveted his surrogate until she had melted from too much pleasure, and for that reason, he had kept all his executives for a very important meeting waiting.

He had to leave when he couldn’t delay it any longer …… but he couldn’t help but feel aggrieved.

Before, s*x for him was just an act of release. He never felt attracted to anyone. He just randomly select a partner for his own pleasure, nothing else. But now he felt like he is dying because of the fact that he can’t hold her again after last night.

—No, wait. I didn’t mean that. It’s a stranger we’re talking about here, remember? A woman he paid to bear him an Heir.

Actually, until last night he had delayed going to the residence she's been place until he couldn’t anymore and keep on working at his office until late at night to handle all the things he had on his plate and didn’t have? Who had pretended not to know when he received resentments for keeping to the office until midnight?

But.….

‘I just changed my mind after one night?’

Well, it was a long and sweet night. It was so precious that the long night was almost fleeting.

She was also very attractive, and fun to tease.

Maxwell, who was smiling happily unconsciously, frowned again. And when he remembered that woman, who had been tearfully whimpering and trapped in his arms, his mouth lost its tense frown.

No matter how much he tried, his face would loosened. He even forcibly frown but still to no avail.

'f**k! I can’t believe I am lusting for that woman. I know that there are times when it is inevitable that a man’s body gets excited… But she's a complete stranger. And well we did it a lot yesterday, so a child was probably conceived. So……’

There’s no need to visit again. Right. She's just a surrogate. An insignificant woman who sell her body for money. So he doesn't have to think of her so much.

Then after a month, Maxwell can send a doctor to her. Because the result of what happened to them last night won’t be known until about a month later… …

But wouldn’t it be a waste not to use her. She's a willing partner and it's onky right for them to join once more. Afterall he wanted to get her pregnant as soon as possible so it wouldn't hurt to make sure she get pregnant immediately.

Maxwell's expression became bizarre when he realized what he was inadvertently thinking, wanting, and expecting. Suddenly an image of that woman's shy lewdness last night overtook his vision.

‘Ahh! Please, Aah hnngh… No! Don’t touch me there… Please…’

“Sir? You stopped walking. The executives have already been waiting for five hours,” said Sean, his personal secretary who was walking alongside with Maxwell.

Sean's words woke up Maxwell from his deep reverie, but anyone who knew him well enough could tell what he's thinking. And Sean was one of them.

“Oh my god! What are you thinking about? …You wouldn’t have been thinking of that woman you met last night, would you…?”

Sean's eyes grew bigger when unwittingly, Maxwell's face continued to redden.

“f**k! Really?”

“No.”

“No... But your face is red now! For the first time since I have been you're secretary, this is the first time I've seen you blush. My God you're face—”

Sean hurriedly shut his mouth when Maxwell's face curdled and fiercely glared at him. Sean bowed his head, and pretend zipping his mouth shut.

“Let’s go.”

Sean quickly followed Maxwell's back as he strode forward.

But he just couldn't help it. He knew how stubborn Maxwell is. Sean knows that the man will continue being so hard on himself so he whispered the passing words hoping to make him feel better:

“What are you so worried about? She already signed the contract right. And for the duration of her employment to you, she is yours. So what's the harm in having her. At least that way she can get pregnant immediately, right?”

Maxwell was speechless; Sean had somehow spoke to his unspoken troubling concerns. When he turned to look at the man, Sean quickly avoided his eyes and looked down with an anxious face.

‘….But he didn’t say anything wrong.’

He paid her so she can give him a child. At first he thought that it would be possible by in-vitro fertilization but she's not compatible with it so they can do it more naturally. Normally he will not get affected by just sleeping with her, he's not a saint he had his fair share of one night stands, that's why it is very surprising that he wanted to sleep with her again.

Maxwell suddenly felt ashamed when he realized that he wanted to embrace her without any self-consciousness or pride– and desiring her as much as he liked— Why was he doing something he had never done before?

‘f**k this! This is nothing more than lust. You’ve done it before. Just ignore it, and it will disappear!’

Maxwell shook his head, struggling to ignore the painful seizuring heartbeat that had arisen; he was never going to seek out that woman. And he was definitely not going to revisit her tonight.

‘Why he's coming here again?’

Shaina, who had been sitting blindfolded in the middle of the large bed is freaking out.

She was so worn out and tired that she couldn't even lift her body. And after that awful meet up with this man's fiancee she only wanted to rest and sleep but alas, the secretary from before had informed her that her boss is coming tonight and she needed herself to be prepared. God just remembering how she looked at her after informing her, she wanted to die from shame.

It doesn't help that until now her body js still aching. Also, her thighs couldn’t seem to close, and her abdomen ached from having to deal with Maxwell's ridiculously enthusiastic riding.

She felt better after taking the medicines delivered to her by the maids and meeting a massage therapist and she was hoping she got lucky and what they had done the night before gotten her pregnant, atleast that's the end of their contact so she's so surprised when they secretary told her that he is coming tonight to sleep with her and that he will keep on coming until they were finally sure that she's with child.

At first, she thought it's a joke but when the secretary remained silent and looked at her with a blank look she knew that she's being serious. But the question here is why? Why he's coming here again? Doesn't he hated her, so why?
