ROMINA CRISTI IS PANTING CRAZILY AS SOON as she finally reaches the rooftop. She looked angrily at the tall guy standing close to the rooftop’s railings, holding another guy’s collar. “Please, have mercy!” “Luciel, put him down!” Romina shouted angrily at the tall guy. Right, his name is Luciel. Luciel looked at her, amused. “Oh, muchkin, why are you here?” “For the love of God, Luciel, I’m not a food and put him down!” “You know I don’t love God, Romina. Oh, wait, I did in the past, actually.” “Stop fooling around, Luciel, and put him down!” Luciel tilted his head, wondering, “Oya? Why should I? Isn’t it this guy actually bullied you? I should teach him a lesson, right?” “Please, I will not do it again! Please have mercy! Let me leave!” Romina panted and suppressed her anger towards the guy. “You said you’re my guardian, right?! You don’t have to do this! Stop harming him!” From a playful face, Luciel’s face became serious. As soon as he tossed the guy up before it could fall, he stopped the time ticking, making everything move so slowly, and walked towards Romina who’s now looking at him in awe. “Yes, I am,” Luciel responded as his eyes turned red and flapped his dark wings that totally covered Romina from the sunset’s light, letting her focus on Luciel’s face. “I am your guardian from evil, Romina. And once some petty human is harming you, I don’t have the mercy to let them slide away from my wrath.”
