In the Realm of Palacia, the realm is divided into 3 more different realm. The Outer Realm, The Inner Realm and the Central Realm.
These Realm all hold different beings with different cultivation level. The closer they are to the Central Realm, the stronger and higher they are in the Cultivation rank. The Outer Realm are filled with people that is not that strong at all, in this realm, they're the worker and the lowest of the Cultivation rank. However, they are not to be messed with if you're not someone from Palacia.
The people of the Outer Realm, although not everyone indulge in the Cultivation, because Cultivation are determined by talent as well, they're still someone that anyone from the outer world can mess around with.
A normal, non cultivating person is stronger than most adventurer in the outer world. A person with the lowest level of cultivation is stronger than normal troops. Naturally, the higher their cultivation level, the stronger they are.
In the Outer Realm, the highest level of cultivation are equal to an army commander in the outer world. That's still the outer realm.
The Central Realm, for example, are filled with those who reached a very high level of cultivation. Those who is inside that realm, known as the Divine Immortal. Practically God level strength in this Palacia Realm... Because of that, it's only natural that people fear those who is in the Central Realm but also wanting to get stronger to reach that level.
As, the higher their cultivation level are, the longer they can lived and the better their living situation becomes.
"The reason why that world can become like that is because there are no gods that is responsible in creating Palacia. Not even Ancient One had a hand in creating such world and realm..." After explaining the entirety of what she knows about Palacia, Althea then stood up and then looked toward Lavi and Rin.
"Judging from the question you two had, I can take that you want to explore Palacia and have a brand new adventure right?" She asked Lavi about it and Lavi nodded to give her the answer.
Althea then looked at Rin and he was quiet. Rin felt a bit awkward because Althea is staring at him like she is asking if he is serious to join Lavi's adventure.
'Although Rin had survived the initial encounter with the Palacia realm, it's because he had Byakko and all of the other divine beast that's with him... If he were to join Lavi in Palacia, it would mean that Lavi would need to focus on keeping Rin safe when Byakko and the others fighting...'
Althea worries that Rin would hinder Lavi's adventure because Lavi's ability would also be turned back to that of a normal person without cultivation. However, because Lavi understands how the world work, it would only a matter of time before Lavi grasp the concept of Cultivation and survive how a Palacian folks survive.
"Althea... Come on now." Lavi just smiled softly and then stared at Althea. Giving her a strange sense of comfort and unconditional trust.
"Haah... I know... Rin, just remember this. Palacia is a very dangerous place. Although Lavi has never went there before, he has a basic understanding on how every world work, you also said that you read novels about it before. So, you must know about the danger of the world of cultivation for people with no cultivation... As a warning, do not take everything in that world at a face value. It's not a world created by us, they are the one who created it. You're jumping into an unmarked water. Okay?"
"Yes Miss. I will definitely keep everything in mind!" Rin was happy when Althea allowed him to jump there with Lavi.
Althea looked at Lavi and gave him a look of 'Just be careful...' To which Lavi smiled. He stood up and pat Althea head and then muttered "I will. When I've figured out the situation there, I'll take you to see Palacia."
Althea smiled and then leaves the room. Now, with only Rin and Lavi in the room. The two boys stared at each other.
Lavi understand the concern that Rin now had. Rin also shows a face that seemingly wanting to ask a question. So, Lavi sigh and then let Rin ask his question.
"Lavi, I want to know. Why are we the only two person that goes to this adventure? I feel like it's not a problem if the other follows no?" Rin asked a very important question. Lavi foresee this question coming and then answered with an answer that Rin didn't think would come from Lavi's mouth.
"Rin. Are you able to hit a woman?"
"Able? Of course I'm able..." Rin knows where it's going and indeed, It is what he thinks it is.
"Would you hit them though?"
"Of course not!"
Lavi then grin and then follow it up with an even serious tone "You wouldn't hit a woman, but we will need to possibly kill a woman there. Of course, I'm the same as you. I'm able but won't. That's because I don't want my wives to see me in a different light. Hence, without them around me, I'm able to let loose a bit more and when the time comes, kill a lady if needed."
Naturally, Lavi doesn't want that to happen because he doesn't feel that great laying his hand on a woman. However, because the Cultivation worlds is the harshest of situation, he needs to prepare himself to eliminate any and everything that is hindering his journey. Even if they are a woman.
Rin then understood why Lavi doesn't want any of his wives or any of Rin's Lover to be there. He's just basically, saving face. He doesn't want his family to think that he is a psychopath. Even though it's for their survival.
'Of course, it's not just that... There's few more reason on why I don't want anyone to join me and Rin's expedition. But that's the easiest reasoning I can give. So, I will only say that and won't elaborate any further unless asked.'
With that, Lavi and Rin prepared themselves to go to Palacia Realm.
