Chapter Two.

Nandini hoped on the sofa and took the remote from her dad who sighed while her mother giggled from behind. She quickly switched to Zoom TV which was airing a live interview of the movie "Dhadkan" Starring none other than Manik Malhotra and Alya Saxena.

"See! My boy looks so handsome!" Nandini commented as Navya giggled and brought the packet of chips while Vivek smiled and Latha blessed her loved ones.

They all were feeling hell-so-proud eyeing how generous and professionally he was qualified. He was answering all the questions like a pro that it was actually hard to qualify whether he was a newcomer or not!

One of the interviewers asked "Nowadays most of the relationships in Bollywood has seen the rock in them! What do you have to see about you and Alya? Will it go till the marriage bells?"

Nandini giggled and gulped a can of Coke when Navya looked at her, with a shocked face.

"Nandu? Your boy is been paired with Alya! Aren't you jealous?" Navya asked to which Nandini pulled her cheek "Aye baby!! Obviously not! You know right, at the end he's mine!" She said, or like boasted about her relation making Navya smile.

Manik too giggled at the question and said "I am sorry but we aren't in a relationship first of all! We are just friends!"

"Everyone says that!" The other one interrupted "That's upto you to believe! But we aren't. Alya has been quite vocal about her relationship with Dhruv who happens to my best buddy too! So there's nothing like that!" He answered politely.

"Okay! So what's your relationship status?" The same man asked to which Alya and Karan hooted "Ahem!! Malhotra clan! Say Say!"

"I am definitely not single!" He said to which Nandini blushed a little and Navya and others smiled

"Who's the lucky girl then?" An lady interviewer asked to which Manik said "I am sorry! But we are here for professional talks!" The interviewers nodded and continued with their interviews.

"Nandu! How did you feel when he kissed her?" Nandini looked behind and pulled her closer "He made it up to me!"

"How?" Navya asked in a teasing manner "Well that's our thing! Tu bata! How's Cabir?"

"Well! He's fine!! Just a bit stressed up over his meetings and all..!" Navya said calmly to which Nandini nodded and switching off the television went to her room along with Navya.

They decided to take a nap and slept till 4 pm. Nandini wriggled as she found someone back hugging her. She smiled and softly opened her eyes to find the most attractive brown orbs looking just at her with so much of adoration and care.

She moved a little aside to make space for him. He smiled as she turned to him and caressed his stubble. He tried to come a little closer when she giggled and pecked her lips "Navya hai washroom me! She can come anytime!" He smiled and pulled her closer by her waist "Shaadi ke baad bhi aisa karogi?" He was just SO CUTE.

She giggled and pulled the comforter over them to cover them and whispered "Tab toh my actor baby..You won't anyone enter our room haan?"

"Yes!!" He rubbed his nose with hers and she giggled.

"Arent you tired?" She asked ruffling his hairs to which he nodded "Yes Mumma!" Nandini giggled and hugged him "Sleep then!" And in no time, both found their solace and went into a perfect slumber.

Navya saw them sleeping so she got out and went away blessing the lovebirds.
