CHAPTER: 18 Veneth and Tiger

After every work was done both Aradia and Veneth were walking back to the village. And at that time Veneth gets the unknown feeling again which he had last time. And soon he started to look around the place but there was no one. Aradia was confused by his actions and asked, “What is it, Veneth?” But He just looked around in so much rage and was like a creature that sensed danger and was aware of the situation.

   Then suddenly Veneth started to feel something odd and said to Aradia, “I want you to get back to the village soon. I have something to do so without me just get back and if Esldair asked about me. Just tell her that I have gone to look after some birds and trees”. After he said it, Veneth started to get inside the forest again but Aradia did not move from there and asked, “I can’t leave a small boy into the dangerous forest. Even before going Esldair asked me to look after you so if you going somewhere then sure I will come with you”. When she said it, Veneth was happy that Aradia was trying to help him but this time he has no other choice than send her back to the village as soon as possible.

   “Aradia just listens to me, I am not a small kid. I promised I will become a great warrior who protect you from any kind of danger. And also I am not looking for a problem or some monster to fight. I have something which is my secret. That’s why I can’t able to say anything clearly when the time comes I will explain but now I have to do that you can get back to the village soon”. After he said about the secret, without any choice Aradia gets back to the village. She accepted to get back to the village because Everyone has their secret and privacy and no other person has to get inside them and also he was born in this village so he has more knowledge about this forest than anyone like her. So he accepted to get back to the village and tell about it to Esldair.

   And then after Aradia gets out of the forest, Veneth started to move towards the deep middle of the forest, and still, he can able to sense that feeling which calling him towards that place. He has no idea, what he was trying to look at and what was calling him with the feeling but still, he tries to find it. After reaching the deep middle of the forest the feeling he had vanished and confused him. At first, he was feared that it was doing monsters but this forest is direct under Rigen’s protection so no monsters can be here.

   After realizing it, Veneth was searching around the place for something he can able to find what was making him feel different, and all of the sudden he hears a voice from the back, “How are you, Kid?” When he heard the voice, Veneth was afraid at that moment and was silent for a second and he sensed that something was behind him. To see what it was, he was slowly turning his head and looking at who was speaking to him but he was shocked after seeing a strong majestic white tiger which was looking directly towards him, into his eyes.

   Even though he was in fear, still Veneth wants to talk with that white tiger because on the day he was fallen down and was unconscious, it was the one that helped him to wake up and also gave some of its mana to him. At first, he didn't notice it but then the next day in his chest Veneth was able to find a tiger tattoo. When it was found he was shocked and tried to erase it but he can’t able to do anything. And from that time he had so many questions on his mind and now it was the right time to get answers because the legendary mythical white tiger appeared in front of him once again.

   “Veneth, how are you? The Son of Drangid” When the white tiger said it, Veneth was shocked and asked, “Do you know my father?” and the tiger replied to him, “Yeah, I know because when my master was getting reborn, sure I will look after the family where he is going to be born”. When the tiger said it, Veneth was confused and asked the tiger, “What are you saying? I can’t able to understand? Do you say that I am the person who rode on you at the great war that happened on the elves and Dark Realm Monster?”.

   And the tiger just said yes to him and started to tell why it has appeared in front of him soon. “Veneth you are my master and the soul you’s body carrying now is the same soul which I protected on the war. I know well about it and also there are still so many things I can’t able to say to you. Even this truth has to be relieved later but now I have no time for it. That’s why I came before you sooner than I planned”. At that time Veneth tried to ask questions in between while the White tiger was talking but it didn't listen to him and Veneth stopped asking questions and listening to the tiger.

   “Veneth, You don't have much time. Soon you have to train so hard and make your spell and Mana level higher. If you don't then sure you can't save anyone dear to you. Once you reach the higher level, I will come again in front of you and explain everything to you so just train yourself more”. After saying it, the white tiger vanished while running towards the forest. After hearing so much from that tiger, lots of things went on and on inside Veneth’s mind but the last thing the tiger said was making him hurt so much”. When that tiger said that he wasn't able to protect the people who are dear to him it made him fear more than anything.

   I wasn't able to understand anything and also what the white tiger said to me but one thing was clear in my mind. I am weak…. That’s it. From the fight I witnessed yesterday just because Arago was there, Aradia was saved. If he had not come to rescue his sister then sure Aradia would have died. After seeing my weak state, I was worried and also feared at the same time by thinking I wasn't able to save everyone, and now after the tiger said the truth. I am weak… I have to change it. By train, I can achieve it but I need to learn more things about the world. In that way, I can learn more than just spells and magic.

   Even Veneth was a kid, in his mind, he always thinks like an elder at some time. And now the decision he made was not wrong or childish. The real knowledge anyone can obtain only by learning by themselves from getting to various places and Veneth planned to do it for getting stronger than anyone so he can protect the people who are close to him. While he was getting back to the village the sun was already gotten down and it became night-like sky lost its light. While he was getting back to the home, he can able to see Esldair was being down with an angry expression.

   After noticing that he was terrified and thought, What to do now? Esldair was already lost calm and waiting to shout at me. If I get there then sure she will roast me alive and I don't want to get hurt from her words. And planning to escape, Veneth noticed that the village leader Orban was walking around the place and getting close to the home and soon he gets towards Orban and planned to escape from Esldair’s scolding.

   After noticing that Veneth was running towards him, Orban stopped and asked him, “Why are you running from the forest? Is everything is alright?” And Veneth replied with a heavy breath, “Wait… Let me take some breath”. After some time he said to Orban, “I was about to get to my home but I saw Esldair was being in front of my house with so much anger. Even at the distance, I can able to sense it clearly, so to escape from here I came towards you. Now help me”. And then with a big laugh Orban said, “You just attack our god Rigen without any fear at the battleground but now you are afraid of Esldair”.

   When he said it, Veneth said, “You can laugh but even we can fight the god but I can face Esldair because when she is in an angry state. She will turn into a demon completely and scold me more”. He said it comically and it made Orban more laugh. And then Orban also agreed to help him and got him towards his home and Esldair noticed Orban's arrival with Veneth. As soon as she sees him, Esldair figures out that he is getting together with Orban to escape from her.

   After Orban and Veneth reached there Esldair said, “Leader, why are you helping him more. Stop treating him like a small kid because of your pampering he is getting worse on responsibility and daily duties”. Orban laughed and said to her, “No, Esldair I am not pampering him, he is just a small kid in my eyes and I cant able neglect helping him and also letting him free today, he was so tired from working until now at the forest”. After Orban said it, Esldair can’t able to talk back to him and without saying anything she just went back to her place and Veneth was so happy at that moment. And then Orban advised some more to Veneth and he gets away from there to check around the village for protection Veneth gets inside his house to think about what he has to do to get strong.
