CHAPTER: 43 New Friend at my Party

“Hi… My name is Sarah, and I think you are the new member Asher, nice to meet you” while saying it Sarah held Danny’s hand and kissed him. Danny was shocked at that moment and asked, “Why did you kiss my hand?” While he was saying this, Sarah noticed the nervousness he had in his voice. Soon she got near to him and started to tease him more. “Wow… I can sense a virgin here… You are a good boy then, if you don't mind can we start a family. I planned to marry a virgin young boy who has a beautiful face and an innocent look. You got a tick on every qualification. Then what do you say?” While she was talking, Danny was just confused and looked at her without seeing anywhere… All he was able to think at that time was, “What is this? Is she a normal being? I can see her long ears, so she is an elf but why is she acting so weird which makes me uneasy”.

While things are going in that way, at that time Dwean gets there and stops Sarah to speak. He placed a tape on her mouth and made her quiet. And then Ailo gets to Danny and asks sorry on her behalf. “I am sorry about Asher. You have to endure it because even though she acts in that way. She is the second strongest member of this party”. After she said it, Danny was shocked to know and then he asked Asher. “What do you think about her?” And Asher just replied in one word, “Garbage” when he said it, Danny was shocked and looked at Sarah. Even though she acts weirder, all he can think about is how Sarah in his past life does to him.

“Don't say like that Asher because her character makes me remember someone who tried to be close to me and I feel bad about it. I think she would cry about my death, even though I don't worry about it because I didn't have any relationship or feelings for her. She is just a stranger to me who is in my office every day just like me”. While he started to talk about his past life, Asher shouted… “Oh God… he started it again. Danny just shut up about your past. I know how you struggled in that place but don't bring it up again and again because it just irritates me more than anything. When he said it, Danny stopped talking about it. And looked so sad. Then Asher said, “I really can’t hold any emotional things and also you being so emotional on your past life. So that’s why I hate it”.

Then after a small talk, Minari and the party members went to the new quest. “Minari, can you explain this new quest?” Danny asked him and he gave the paper and started to explain. “Our quest is to check the new dungeon which has emerged recently and also we got some intel that monsters like Morakets and slimes were forming into like more than hundreds so we have to check about it too. If the numbers were higher then we have to inform the guild but if they were less than fifty then we have to take care of it”. After he said it, Danny just nodded his head and just saw the quest paper.

While he just being quiet, Sarah gets near to him and asks, “Hey… you look different from others? Why is it?” When she asked it, unknowingly Danny started to tell the truth, “Huh, that’s because I am not from this wor…” And soon he changed into the village and managed to change the topic but Sarah guessed it but also she being quiet about it. And then Minari get near to Sarah and asked, “What do you think?” And she said, “He was not from our world, I think he was come into this world by others are he can be a reincarnation person”. After she said it Minari was shocked and asked, “Do you think that reincarnation is real?” When he asked, Sarah just looked at him with a weird look and asked, “Are you not believing me?”. Then Minari said with a comical look, “No… No… I am not saying that I don't believe you. It’s just I am not a guy who believes in it”.

At that time suddenly a pack of Gonns surrounded Minari and the party members. Dwean looked around to find how many of them were being and the who is the leader but he can’t able to find the leader in the group also there be approximately twenty gonns surrounded. “There is no leader and also they were 20 gonns. In our situation sure we can’t be fighting in the middle of the forest and win without losing life or blood. Sure some bad thing can happen. We have to do something, Minari”. While he was saying it, Sarah gave a disgusted look towards the gonn. After seeing it, one of the gonn were got close to Sarah to beat her, but she used her knife and killed it so easily.

After seeing it, Minari just lost her calm and planned to tell me. “She already started to fight, then what do we have to do. Just protect her, she will manage to kill every monster”. At first, Danny was shocked to hear it from Minari but then after witnessing her fight with Sarah, he was shocked and looked at her without moving his concentration anywhere. That’s the moment when Danny started to see Sarah differently. “What is this feeling in my heart? And also why did all of a sudden she start to look so beautiful?”. Ailo noticed Danny and smiled at that moment, she understood and fought off the remaining Gonns.

And then Sarah gets close to Danny and asks, “Why did you fight the monsters? Are you scared of them?” And then Danny replied, “No… That’s not the problem, I just thought that if I start to act on my own then your formation or plan would get wrong. So I just stayed here and waited for some monster. But luckily you all killed every monster”. When he said it, Ailo said, “Are you saying that you waited for the monster or you were just looking at Sarah? Because the monsters I killed were surrounding you but you didn't even have thoughts of it. All you did was watch Sarah without moving your eyeball”. After she said it, Danny was so embarrassed and looked down. Even his face and cheeks were turned red. Minari and Sarah noticed and smiled while Dwean started to laugh at him and said. “You have the weird taste my boy”.

When they said it, Danny was confused and didn't know what they meant and then Sarah got close to him while the others started to walk away from there. And then she says to Danny, “You really are beautiful and sure a perfect girl will become your life. So until then just don't fall for the wrong woman. Because most men lose their lives by falling for women who do not value their love. And just take it as free advice”. After saying it, Sarah started to move out there. Danny has no idea what she told but one thing was clear to him that this time Sarah’s eyes were being so sharp and her speech was different from her before.

At that moment Danny understood that she has a bad past that made her go so rough and everyone knows something about her which makes her hate it. While walking Sarah just thinks about what they said to Danny. And then she joins Minari and walks quietly, he understands and asks her a single question, “Did you say the truth?” And Sarah replied, “He is a kid, my past and the truth have nothing to do with him”. After she said it, Sarah looked at Dwean and Ailo, Dwean understood and said, “Sorry Sarah, I never meant to hurt your feelings. I just went in the flow and made Danny a little fun”. And Sarah replied, “You did nothing to Dwean because I really have a bad past and also I am not a good person. There is nothing wrong with what you said to him. I'm just angry at myself”. After saying it, she started to walk fast towards the dungeon.
