The plane landed.I got off the plane excitedly.It was the start of my new life.Luke already arranged a driver for me.I smiled upon hearing that.I entered the car and relaxed.

I was too excited.I couldn't wait to tell him that I loved him too.

"Miss Lucia,Mr.Vernon couldn't come to pick you up due to some important business." The driver told me.

"It's fine." I replied smilingly.As long as he loved me and I loved him, everything would be fine.

The ride was pretty long or maybe I was too excited.I kept looking at my watch continuously.

My heart was beating out of my chest.I was shaking out of excitement.I haven't been this much happy in such a long time.

"Miss,we have arrived." The driver said and smiled at me.

At this moment,what the driver said felt like the most beautiful words ever.I guess I was just going crazy.

I walked towards the door and the guards held the door open for me.I ran inside and saw Luke sitting on the couch.

"Luke!" I called him excitedly as he looked at me.Happiness flash across his eyes too.He walked towards me as I ran towards him.In no time,I jumped over him and spreaded my hands across his neck.I hugged him as tightly as I could.It was never enough.

I've never felt this way like I was feeling right now.

"I've... missed you." I whispered and I kissed his neck.

"Oh...?" He seemed surprised.I broke off the long embrace and looked at his face.I stared directly into his eyes and smiled.

"Was this love?" I thought to myself.I slowly touched his cheek and gave myself up.I pressed my lips against his.I licked his lips with my tongue when I felt his hot breath.When he kissed me back,I couldn't control myself.I let out a moan.I wished our kiss never ended.I wished he never let me go.

I didn't know how much time has passed.I broke of the kiss and embraced him.

"Lucia..." He whispered.It was obvious that he was surprised.I was showing him too much love all of a sudden.

I looked into his eyes.I am ready to say it.I am ready to call myself his.

"Luke...I..." Just as I was about to say the words,I was stopped by the sound of heels,a woman's heel.

A woman walked behind from Luke.She had black hair and had tons of makeup on her friend.She was wearing a dangerous smirk on her face.She folded her arms across her chest.

"I am Kira and you must be..." She asked.Her voice was causing too much irritation in my ears.

"Lucia,go back to your room." He said.

Million thoughts ran across my mind.Was he with Kira while I was away? Did he kiss her the way he just kissed me? Did he love her?

I shot him a glassy glare before walking back to my room.

I slammed my door and felt tears in my eyes.My heart was breaking.What was I thinking?

I threw my clothes and rushed inside the bathroom.I sat on the tub and let the water calm me.It's true that whenever I was happy, something bad happens and ruin everything.

I tried to get ahold of myself.I cried a lot in the shower.I had a lot of feelings to be dealt with.I got up and dried my body.I wrapped a towel around my body and walked out of the bathroom just to see something I didn't want to.

He was sitting on my bed.He immediately stood up as he saw me.I ignored him and walked towards the closet to get some clothes.

"Lucia..." He called me.I ignored him again.As I closed the door of the closet he turned me around and pushed me,leaving me no space to retreat.I grabbed onto the towel tightly as it was falling off.

"I am sorry.It wasn't what you thought.I don't love her." He said as he touched my bare and cold shoulders.

"It doesn't matter what I think,Luke." I faked a smile at him.

"No Lucia, don't say that.What you think is all that matters." He said as he leaned closer.His nose touched mine as my chest was rapidly increasing and decreasing.

"Why is it so hard? Why does it come with so many difficulties?" I asked him as I placed my hand on his cheek.

"What?" He whispered.

"Love." I replied.

"One has to pay a high price for love and I am willing to pay anything for you.I have everything to lose for you." He whispered as he shook me.

"Why?!" I asked.

"Because I love you...I love you and I always will." He said.I didn't waste anymore time.I kissed him.

"Then you must know..." I took a deep breath,"I love you,Luke and I don't want to lose you." I whispered as my eyes filled with tears.

"You won't." He assured me as he pulled me to his chest.
